5 year old DD attitude and backtalk at wits end

Just that really. DD seems to have developed the attitude of a teenager , unsure how to handle it . Currently I give a warning then I say no YouTube/Friday sweets/ sometimes take her LOL dolls away and for the rest of day and for rest of week if she doesn't improve after said one day test. Some examples include coming in at 6.30 am and saying can I have YouTube on ? No hun u can have YouTube time later on it's very early play with your toys instead . Or when I ask her to tidy up or turn said bloody YouTube off she just nastily with quite a tone in her voice says "NO" and sits their quite unfazed . It's time to get your socks and shoes on NO and runs away over and over and over again. It's time for a bath same routine . It's the tone in her voice gets me tbh it's quite sharp and has a nasty edge to it. We've recently moved house and we live in n Ireland so she has been off school since June 27th . Could be lack of structure to her day . We try to do lots of activities but at some point I will get this attitude or the repeated over and over and over can I get s toy. It's almost like she doesn't respect my decisions or anything I say or me in general.. I am at my wits end over this attitude , everything's a fight it's exhausting .
