Just heat rash?

During the hot weather my baby had some heat rashes but he's come out in one today that looks different to what he had before and it's also cool today which is making me question it! Any advice would be great, thank you!

Can't really see from the photo on my tablet. If you are concerned maybe a pharmacist could take a look. He's quite young too though so I'm sure a GP would be happy to check him out. I think Scarlet fever has a similar type rash?

He's not got a temp and it's just like a red pin prick rash x

Looks like viral rash or heat rash to me but do get him checked if worried
