Anti-biotics question - urgent

Quick question. Have been given antibiotics for DS 21mths. Supposed to have them an hour before food, but due to circs, he is tired and wants to sleep. He's just had dinner and has to have his milk too. Would you just give him the antibiotics anyway or miss the dose and carry onn as normal tomorrow?

I'd just give the dose so that they were in his system. dont know if that is the right or wrog thing to do though

Doctors nurse told me that if you take anti-bios with food, they just work a bit slower, no other problems though.
