16yo DD thinks she's fat and ugly

She's not. She's beautiful and size 8-10. What can I say to her to convince her she should not think like this - that she will actually listen to? 😪

Documentary called Embrace. Changed my life. You can look the page up on Facebook too. It's all about body positivity, couldn't recommend it more!

No problem! Smile I was the same at that age and no doubt you'll have heard the "you're my mum you have to say that" line haha! Hope it helps!
