Where you induced for reduced movement?

Hello.
I posted this in the pregnant board but thought might get more replies here from mums who have been through it.

I am looking for experiences on being induced for RFM.
I'm only 33±6 but currently being seen several times a week for a trace due to reduced fetal movements, I saw consultant who has said to continue regular ctg traces for now however if I don't start feeling movement soon will look to induce as I get further on.

My traces apparently look OK, as did recent scan so no idea why I am not feeling movements.

So my questions are:

  1. How many weeks did you get induced at?
  2. How long did it take for baby to arrive?
  3. When did you get having RFM?

Thanks

Went for monitoring once at 29 weeks - all fine baby just got into awkward position as seen on the reassurance scan. Went in for monitoring again at 39 weeks exactly due another morning of reduced movements - when consultants were doing their rounds it was decided I’d be induced as soon as there was a space that day. Baby arrived just after 48 hours of being admitted with rfm.

I had reduced movements at 40+5 and was induced the next day. I ended up with a c section as baby was struggling and it turned out that the cord was wrapped very tightly around his neck.
