Hi, does anyone have any recommendations on a good first sippy cup? Approaching 6 months and using mam bottles for his feeds. TIA

Has to be the little tommee tippee one with two handles and flip up spout. Keep it simple!

I asked the exact same thing not so long ago. I’ve gone with a munchkin 360 with handles on either side. It was £5 from asda and son took to it immediately! He loves holding it himself

hi Firsttimer

I used te purple tommee tippe- says from 4 months. My son loved it, made him laugh, but was not actually drinking water from it. Any that went in dribbled down is chin, and not much went in!

We are now using a nuk trainer cup which he drinks a good 50ml out of a day. I just wanted him to drink water in this weather, what with starting solids and constipation and all!

The Ikea white/green one. Mine like to graw their gums on the hard plastic when they were teething

Liked. Blush
Long out of diapers now.

Should say 100 ml

Like pps have said the cheap tommee tippee ones or the munchkin 360, both winners in our house (munchkin is worth the extra for less spillage though imo)

The Tommee Tippee ones but they are a nightmare to get the lid off!

Munchkin 360, bought hundreds of thousands of skippy cups for my first and this was the only one he liked.

Second child took to it right away.

DS wouldn’t and still won’t, drink from a cup/bottle with handles so wouldn’t drink from the tommee yippee one. We finally found a nuby one with a free flowing spout that he would drink out of after spending too much money on ones he wouldn’t drink from!!

My little girl likes the Ikea ones, however we got the MAM trainer cups and she absolutely loves them, they are quite spongy on her gums which seems good for her

We got one from the health visitor, it was essentially an unbranded version of the Tommee Tippee free-flow one.
