Moving babies legs to move trapped wind accidentally forced her legs

So I was doing the usual bicycle movements with my LO, to get out some wind, and at one point she pushed her legs down. But I was in the movement and pushed up, so forcing her to do the bicycle movement. Everywhere I've read says not to force the movements (and it's not something I ever do) but I'm worried in this case if I've damaged her legs or hips!? 😢
Could someone please give advice as to why they say that, is it to protect their legs / hips, or for another reason?
Has anyone done this before and their baby's been ok?xx

dont worry!! a one off isn't going to do anything, and think of all the times we have to wrestle them into their clothes etc when they're squirming around...
