Strange time to get some I know, but looking for some recommendations of decent wellies to last? We'll be outside in the soon to be mud, everyday.
Thanks in advance!

We’ve always used next wellies, and never had any issues. They also have some really cool patterns and designs

Not Joules. Every other brand welly I have bought have been used by both my boys and some of them passed on again. Joules did not last a winter, twice. I quite like Aigle but tesco and sainsb wellies have been fine too.

Decathlon have a good range of durable - and cheap - wellies for children.

Whatever is in the charity shop and still looks fine. They'll be fine by definition as they'll have already done one or more child and remain strong.

Always better to reuse if possible, and this is an item where it's easy to spot if still fit for purpose.

It sounds odd, but crocs make great wellies! Really thick soles and handles so the dc can pull them on themselves.

Jojo maman bebe wellies appear to me to be indestructible.

Have a look at happylittlesoles.co.uk. I found my DS could run and jump in ones from there more easily than other wellies.

We hated croc ones, the rigid heel made them a bloody nightmare to get on! Hatley ones have done well as have Frugi

Don’t know if we were just lucky but managed to get a pair in the bargain bin in mother care for 50p!

Still going strong 3 years later. And they have been used hundreds of times! They still look good. Well worth the 50p 🤣
