Lupilu nappies from Lidl

Has anyone else discovered the lupilu nappies have changed!? I don't like them tbh.
They used to be Tojours and they were fine, then they were rebranded as Lupilu and a few changes were made and tbh u think they were fab! Now the newest pack I've opened are different; wider in the gusset and no elastic on the back plus there's a cut out but for the belly button/umbilical cord but in a size 2 nappy I'd think it unlikely that an umbilical cut out was necessary?! The thickness of the padding is fine but they're awkward to get on.
Anyone else found this?
Sainsbury's own leak, Tesco's own aw good, not got an Aldi near us but I hear they're good. Anyone got any feelings about Morrison's own? Pampers are good but very pricey. What about boots?

Yes! Just discovered this this morning! Lupilu nappies pants (size 6 he’s in) used to be be like a slightly thicker version of Pampers. Now, they’re the same as Boots, Wilko, Co-op and similar to the Aldi ones, the Lidl ones do have a plastic tab on the bag so you can roll the nappy up after use but I’m still disappointed to see these have changed.

@InkyAnimals i have also noticed they leak 🙁 twice it's happened in two days. One was a poo too! Eurgh! All over the car seat so that's being wet vacc'd!

Only just found this thread as I was searching for it too!! I loved the original toujour/lupilou nappies, but these new ones are a disaster for us!! They go really hard when DS wees and clearly the fit has been altered as he's been leak-free for a fair few months now but with the new ones we had 3 urine leak-throughs in less than 48 hours. So disappointing as we tried all the supermarket own brands and pampers before deciding Toujour was best for us, such a shame.

We've also noticed the change and have had several nappies leak. They are utterly useless. I'm returning the ones we bought and need to find a good alternative ideally at a fair price. Please share recommendations. Thank you

I'm the poster above you who had the same issue @ZoomingAndy. We tried Sainsbury's and found the fit wasn't too great still but Tesco have been good for us so we've stuck with them. It's annoying as they're slightly more expensive than Lidl and aren't quite as soft (but are close). Just wish they hadn't tinkered with what was the best nappy on the market!
