I'm a single mother and the father is not around. I was a rape victim before I became a mother. I would like to have the offender taken to court as I've gathered video recordings of him admitting to raping me. Would social Services get involved because I'm a victim of rape? I would absolutely love justice but I wouldn't want to risk having them involved in my life. Please please help

I have no experience of this (not a Police Officer, Lawyer or Social worker etc), but if you are worrying about Children's social Care, then they would only need to be involved with families where the parents aren't caring for their dc well enough. That is nothing to do with you being the victim of a crime.
I am so sorry this has happened to you. I hope you find the strength to get the conviction. Flowers

I’m a social worker and I’ve not known of a referral due to this. If you are caring for your baby and professionals aren’t concerned about your baby I can’t see any reason why social care would become involved, in my opinion. Obviously I can’t guarantee anything as I don’t know you or your situation. Good luck with the prosecution Flowers
