Big lump on DS foot

My 1 year old Ds cut his foot whilst at childminders, over the past few days the top big has formed a hard red lump. Should I go go to doctors about this? I've put sudocreme on it for the past few days.

I would pop along to a chemist and ask a pharmacist what they think. If is warm to touch then I would get a GP appointment.

Yeah, looks to be pus under the surface. Not sure a pharmacist can help - looks beyond any sort of topical cream sort of treatment.

Keep an eye on it and if it’s much bigger/redder you’ll probably have to go to minor injuries or ring your OOH GP service.
