SKIN RASH???????

Hey everyone my 22 month old daughter has had these spots appearing for a week now and they appear to be spreading she's not been unwell at all just a runny nappy yesterday and has been herself hasn't been itchy or had a fever does anyone know what these spots could be????

Looks like prickly heat to me, but I can't zoom in because I'm on mobile and the picture is quite little. My boys get it a lot.

My DD also gets heat rash that looks like that. She's generally quite a rashy child so if she's not showing any signs of being unwell (not eating/drinking, very high temp, listless, in pain etc.) then I tend not to worry even if it comes up when she has a mild viral infection.
