Anxiety about wobbly teeth

DD is almost 5, she had a dentist appointment last week. The dentist said she has two wobbly teeth at the front, it's slightly early but she had her first teeth early too.

DD has no idea about what this really means, grandma recently had all her teeth taken out because she didn't look after them very well and DD is upset because she thinks that's why hers are going to come out, despite us telling her she will have more grow that are big girl teeth.

The other issue is, I'm quite phobic of loose teeth, I hated it myself when I was young and had anxiety every time I had one come out. Now as an adult I'm feeling really queasy just thinking of them again, is anyone else the same or have any tips for dealing with both of our issues?
DH is rarely home so it'll be mainly down to me to deal with it when these teeth drop out.
