What are you doing with your babies during the day in this heat?

33C at home today and I admit I am inside with my 9mo as it feels like we would bake otherwise....but I feel stupid as its so lovely!

Are you all venturing out still?

Yes absolutely. We had a nice walk about 8am this morning and have then camped out for the day. DS has mastered hide and seek Grin

Mine is currently napping on my mum (she's pleased he still will!)

We went to the supermarket before mum arrived. Lots of pointing and trying to grab!

We'll walk up to collect the dogs later.

Probably try and destroy something in between

Haha. Weve had a walk along the river (in the shade) and an ice cream. Now back home to the sweat box. DS has had a sweaty short nap in the car so i am in for a good night uh oh Sad

Haven't read the whole thread but do you have soft play near you? We have a great one at the local leisure centre. It has a separate area for babies as well, even better especially if busy with older children jumping around. Some of the larger local garden centres can also have soft play areas btw, my little one is crawling now and loves it. Plus has great air conditioning x
