Baby acne - how to clear

My 7 week old DD seems to have developed baby acne and it looks quite red and angry at times. It's not bothering her as such but I'm getting tired of people passing comment on it (I'm probably a tad sensitive about this) and would like to clear it as soon as poss.

Has anyone got any tried and tested tips could help please?

Nurse suggested putting some breast milk on it if you’re able?

You just have to wait it out I’m afraid.

Thanks I'll look at this link. We're formula feeding so I'm guessing this doesn't have the same healing powers!

We were just told it would clear up on its own. It did.

Honestly, just ride it out. Both of mine had it. Cleared up within couple of weeks.

I have a 8 week old who had really angry looking baby acne from about 4-6 weeks.
We didn’t do anything and his skin is completely clear now.

My DD was EFF and developed really bad baby acne all over her face around 6 weeks. I didn't use any creams/milks etc. I just washed her face with a very mild baby soap every night and by 9 weeks, her skin was beautifully clear!

we were formula aswell and it was awful! my friend gave me some of her Breast milk! she had so much she was donating it as well. and it cleared it up in 2 days

My baby had a bit of a spotty rash, not sure if it was acne but I put a bit of aveeno on and it helped. I find aveeno really good for clearing bits of dry skin or rashes etc.
