Nappy sprayer for sqirting off poo before washing

Does anyone have one of these gadgets which attach to the loo system? You just squirt dirty nappies with them, and it gets the poo off before you wash.
I would like to know how well they work.

Not got one of those, but have used the shower hose into the loo and nearly had an overflow, eek!!

these sound really good. could only find them being made in australia though, anyone find them closer to home?

but that's a bit steep. I think I may be able to make a trade order through my swimming business if there were 10 or so who wanted them. If anyone is interested email me [email protected]
