Breast milk

I just need to get this out there to all mums, breast milk is a magic potion!! My 3 week old daughter has had nappy rash for almost 2 weeks, I've tried everything to get help and get rid of it, the health visitors and I exhausted every option and I was going to take her to the doctor, when another health visitor suggested breast milk, she said she didn't know if it would work but it's good for sore nipples and gunky eyes, so I said I'd try it. The next nappy change I used just water and cotton pads to clean her and then dried her thoroughly and squirted breast milk onto the sore area, continued this at ever change and within 6 hours there was a noticeable difference, and then this morning it's almost gone! It's amazing!

It’s also good for eye infections as well! Dd used to get gunky eyes, and a couple of drops of breastmilk cleared it up within 24 hours.
