11 month old losing weight

So my DS is 11 months old and on our last weigh in he had lost a couple of lb. The previous weigh in was 4 weeks so in that period he has lost 4lb He was only small born and has followed between 2nd and 9th with a nice steady increase. But now he has lost and I'm worried as to why. He is on my milk, with a formula bedtime feed. He is practically walking and extremely active.
What sort of portion sizes do you feed, everyone mentions "what" food they feed but not actual portion suzes. He was not a fussy eater until maybe 3 weeks ago when he started to refuse a bit of food, he has no processed foods or sugar, and I'm not changing that , but ant help would be appreciated and portion sizes of others as a guideline

Are you sure you mean lb and not Oz?

At this age they still need milk as their main source of calories- you don't mention that.

Has your baby lost 4lbs in 4 weeks? What did your hv say? What would a typical days food and milk look like op?

@arbrighton that's not correct by 11 months, they don't 'need' milk as their main source. In most instances they should be having a good, varied diet (generally 3 meals and 2 snacks a day) with (I think) 16-24oz of milk a day- that can easily just be a milk feed in the morning and one before bed.

They are unlikely to be completely weaned however and if a child is losing weight and not eating well, it could well be they need more milk.

And actually, 16-24 oz of milk, if it's in a measurable form is not insignificant I don't think

Sorry yes I mean oz. Yeah he has lost 4 oz in 4 weeks. But previously he has had a nice steady weight gain. He has breakfast about 6.30.- 7 ( half a piece of toast or oat flapjacks, followed by fruit ) then he will have 6oz at about 8.00 - 8.30 then we have lunch at about 11.30 - 12.30 some pasta with a tomatoe sauce or tuna and sweetcorn or salmon and sweetcorn fish cakes and a banana, then 6oz at about 2.30 -3 then tea at 5 - 5.30 burger with carrot and sweet potatoe bites, smoked salmon with cauli, broccoli and little boiled potatoe or mash then 6oz at 7-7.15 then 6 oz again at 11.00 - 12ish then that's it until the morning

The health visitor said she is not worried "at this point but see how he gets on at next weigh in at the end of July" but I'm worried as thats a month away and if he hadn't gained again I feel that's a big drop. She did say milk is still an important part of their diet and that he still needs it, which he is getting, he never has taken big feeds in one go, more of little and often like I was as a baby.
He has snacks of cheese, avocado, melon, banana/blueberry muffins or brownies. I make spag Bol, chilli con carne which he he eats but again I'm not sure what quantities, I tend to just keep going until he refuses any more. The he also said at this age it's not a big deal if say he doesn't fancy breakfast and just wants his milk instead , so long as he is getting used to eating a variety of foods, and she said the weather could reduce his appetite .
