My 3 1/2 year old dd has been dry at night since New Year with only a couple of accidents between then and now. Over the last couple of weeks she has several acidents and we've had to change her bed in the middle of the night e.g. in the last week it has happened twice - any ideas as to the relapse?
She did start nursery in February and no longer has a nap so when she goes to bed (7.30pm) she is very tired. Do you think she is going into too deep a sleep and not registering that she needs to pee?
She has a drink with dinner around 5.30pm and a small drink (a couple of mouthfuls) when she brushes her teeth. She goes for a pee at bedtime and that is normally her till morning time. Should we start lifting her to the toilet when we go to bed or are there any other solutions?
