Bellyache in Newborns

Hi,
My daughter is 25 days old and since birth she's suffered with bellyache and trapped wind. I stopped breastfeeding when she was a week old and since she's been bottle fed she's managing to burp a lot easier but she's having issues passing wind.
She seems so uncomfortable and I've tried baby massage and three different of bottle teats as she makes a tutting noise when feeding.
Any advice??

Clicking noise is indicative of tongue tie and could also be the issue with wind. However, lots of little babies struggle to bring up/pass wind as I think their little digestive systems are still getting used to things and settling down and the volume of milk they take increases so rapidly at that age they almost can’t keep up if that makes sense.
