TV Shows for toddlers - like The Wiggles

I have a 20 month old ds who is obsessed with The Wiggles - I'm not sure if they have them in the UK (they're Australian) but if not they are a group of four who do singing, dancing and basic skits aimed at pre-schoolers. Some nursery rhymes and well known songs and some original ones but they are repeated so kids get to know the moves etc. Are there any other similar shows I could find for him? The Wiggles are great but he won't watch anything else and I'd like a change before I go doolally! He watches 2 shows a day so it's not constant but I'd still like a change. We've tried Hi-5 but they have none of the charm...

If he likes music have you tried babybum? Absolutely crap animation but kids seem to love it.

The Wiggles rock 😀 They toured the UK last year and but hadn't done so for a long time.

Mine went through a Wiggles phase around that age, but moved onto other things.

I'd just embrace it....I kind of miss the wiggles.

You could look on YouTube for Emma Wiggles show though, she does one by herself too 🙂

If you look on an tablet/computer/phone there's something called gigglebellies. Mine loved it. Lots of nursery rhymes and songs.

How about the Tweenies? I've not seen the Wiggles but they sound similar. Tweenies are in costumes if that makes a difference?

My son loved the Baby Bum ones but they drive me insane!

My 7 year old still loves the Wiggles! If you're looking for something similar you could try The Singing Kettle. They don't perform anymore but their stuff is on you tube. Some.of the members of The Singing Kettle have form Fun Box too

I second littlebabybum, ours went through a phase of wiggles but she was also addicted to littlebabybum, can't say it's not annoying after a while but she did like it and still does sometimes.

Thanks for all the suggestions, I'll look them up and see how we go.
