Crying after every feed

My lb is Ff and screams after every bottle is finished as if he wants more, we are at 9oz and he still screams for more. He's only 18 weeks though so I'm unsure what to do, I'm scared he's not satisfied with his milk...

Maybe time to move to hungry baby milk?

Reecex · 30/06/2018 17:35

I have considered this but he's on gaviscon for reflux which already makes him constipated so he's on lactolose.. Unsure if hungry baby will make the constipation worse or maybe it'll actually help the reflux as all hungry baby is is thicker milk which is what gaviscon effectively does too 🤔🤔

Is he screaming for more food or because of reflux. Maybe it has turned into silent reflux.

It's not colic, and it's different to his cry due to his reflux. It's hard to explain but he is definitely looking for more food! He goes mad when you take the bottle away from him to the point we put his dummy in to burp him. It's ridiculous lolol

A symptom of reflux is overeating. It could be that the reflux is bothering him so much that it's soothing whilst he's drinking so he wants more and more but overeating causes the reflux to be worse so it's catch 22. Go back to GP and ask for ranitidine
