I have a bonny chubby 4 month old baby, 19 pounds, but I can't find any trousers/shorts to fit his tummy! He has a large tummy, like me, M&S not good, not Next, the bigger sizes eg: 12-18 months are too small, yes can you beleive it?! DS1 was like this as a babe, not he's a 5 year old talk string bean!

People tend to recommend Pumpkin Patch for the fuller tum....

Suppose they are online, don't know of an actual shop for them.

Will keep thinking....

You could try a pair of 'cut for cloth' ones. They're designed to go around cloth nappies so should be able to squeeze over the largest tummy!

Tesco jogging bottoms are great. My ds2 (10 months tomorrow) is still in 6-9 month ones, and he is approaching 2 stones in weight!

Also dungarees are good. Not stiff denim though

I second the dungarees suggestion, and rompers for warm days. As TM said, Pumpkin Patch are quite roomy IME as are some H&M things.

Meant to add that my ds2 also has a cloth nappy to fit under his trousers, so the tesco ones must be really roomy!
