I've just made an air freshener for the loo, and one squirt has lasted ALL DAY!!!
I got fed up with buying those little concentrated ones, which don't smell very nice, and run out so frequently, and then you can't get a refill, because they've changed the design, or Tescos have stopped socking refills(of anything I think!)
Anyway, I found an old bottle of aromatherapy oil, one of those ones that comes with flower petals, and I put it in an old spray bottle, that I had refused to send to landfill, mixed it up with water, and sprayed 1 squirt this morning in the loo. I've kept going in there all day, just to smell it! and it still smells lovely now!
I'll never buy airfreshener again!
Think I'll make a lavender oil one for the bathroom!
Has anyone else tried this? Anyone got a really nice recipe? Mine was bergamot and mandarin. I think someone gave me it as a present ages ago!
