Cot guards

My 7 month old daughter has slept in her cot soundly for a while but recently is waking herself up as she either wiggles around and hits her head on the bars or, gets her arm/legs stuck out between them. It's driving us crazy, she's up every hour or so, and we're worried she could hurt herself.

We've looked at the padded cot guards but the suffocation risk is too great for my liking (she sleeps in a grobag so can wiggle around but not roll / move with much intention so I fear she wouldn't be able to push herself back) Although she does have a movement sensor in her cot that would hopefully alert us if she got in trouble.

Any recommendations of what we can do?

We had kind of netted breathable cot bumpers I forget exactly what they were called (they're not very thick) but stopped her sticking arms and legs through the bars and no risk of suffocation. Got them originally from babies r us but I'm sure you could get them on Amazon instead.

Another breathable mesh one here. I got it after dd got her arm stuck in the bars. It was one long length that fastened with Velcro and as well as being breathable it gave way if she tried to use it to climb up on. British make but l can’t remember what!
