Weaning with Organic food in London

Hi,

I’m on a tight tight budget but heard that preservatives /chemical shock can contribute to adhd.

Wanna change my diet as I’m breastfeeding or to say the least I want to wean my baby with organic food with no packages or chemicals ( he is 5 months so one month to go).

Where and how can I find really budget organic veggies and fruits. And what’s a home made alternative to baby rice ?

Don't know about organic or an alternative to baby rice but to be honest it's not a great thing to feed them. Id stick to veg to begin with.

Look up clean 15 and dirty dozen. It’s a list of the foods you should by organic and the ones that you don’t need to bother to buy organic :)

also look up baby led weaning. there's no need for baby rice

If you are on Instagram, check out young gums and scroll down to her earlier stuff ( I think she's been writing a book recently).
