Hello,
My DD is refusing to eat food. No matter what I give her she is just not having it apart from junk and yoghurts.
Anyone else gone through this with their LO and can give me some advice please

What age?

what 'junk'?

She's 13 months old

She eats like chocolate, crisps, she loves welsh cakes etc

So she isn’t refusing to eat she is refusing to eat what you want her to!

Don’t let it turn into a battle. Depending how worried you are you either present her with her meals (including at least one thing she likes) and if she doesn’t eat it take it away with no fuss.

Or if you decide the more important thing is that she eats then feed her what she will eat!

Most of them go through a fussy phase.

Options are: this is the only food you can have and I'll let you go hungry or here's the foods I want you to eat and something I know you'll eat even if it isn't healthy.

Don't make it into a,battle, don't force or trick her into eating.
