10month old waking and cries if can't find bunny

Any suggestions...
My 10 month old is waking frequently in the night and crying if she can't find her bunny. She re-settles immediately once we give it to her (we don't pick her up just give her the comforter and it does the trick)....
Except we're now week 3 of this multiple times a night and so other than littering her cot with replica bunnies (which I have heard others suggest) and getting some tougher Velcro for the wrist band I'm all out of ideas...

Thers a maxi e sleep regression at 9 months. Could it just be that? If it is, it will pass Smile

This really resonated with me! My now 2 year old dd has a rabbit AKA Dabbit. Since about the age of your dd, if she couldn’t find Dabbit I would have to go in there bleary eyed rummaging for it. I have no advice I’m afraid, I couldn’t buy multiple ones as I have no idea where it came from and I’m sure she’d “know”, but I can tell you it gets easier as they get older as they’re able to, mostly, locate it themselves. It’s funny how they get so attached to these things, I personally think Dabbit looks terrifying but there you go!

I suggest getting replica bunnies for when bunny gets lost out of the pushchair. Swap them over regularly so they all wear/smell the same. My ds eventually learnt to rummage for ted himself.

Ha! My DD is 10 years old and recently woke us up to tell us she couldn't find her bunny in the middle of the night!!

Sorry, not helpful. They do learn to locate it themselves. Could you attach it to her somehow??
