Motherease nappies are made in Canada. However, the same nappies are also made under licence by Popolinio in Austria, and they are a little cheaper. Their onesize nappies also INCLUDE the popin booster in the price, so that makes them a LOT cheaper. They also do 2 size (Sandys) identical wraps , although the prints are different, and they do a budget quality one in addition to the Motherease quality one (It's only the outer fabric which is different)
So what is the obsession with Motherease, in the present climate of food miles? Shouldn't we be thinking of "Nappy miles" as well, and buying at least European, if not British?
Has anyone else compared them? I haven't found any difference at all, except in the all-in-one, and I find the Popolini one is better, if a little bulkier (It also includes a booster in the price)
They've got more choice of qualities as well.
