My little one is almost 7 months. Can anyone give me a rough feeding guide for meals/bottles (formula). Any inspiration for lunches in particular would be great.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

DD just turned 8 months. I’m weaning off breastfeeding and down to once a day plus a night feed. At 7 months we were probably on more bf and no lunch. Just breakfast and dinner. I also have a toddler so she eats her meals at the same time as him usually and I try to give them the same things. I think this routine will stay for a while though and the bottles will be replaced by snacks by around 12m

We currently do
6.30ish bf
7.30-8ish breakfast - porridge, weetabix, toast, fruit, eggs etc.
10.30ish 6oz bottle
12ish lunch - baby food pouch or bits of finger food like cheese, crackers, veg, pasta, bread, meat, fruit
2.30ish 6oz bottle
5ish dinner - same as lunch, veg, meat, pasta, rice, eggs, fruit. Whatever I have really.
6.30 6oz bottle and ready for bed

Thanks, that seems to be a similar pattern to what we've fallen into. He's not overly fussed on bottles at times, particularly bedtime so he has a 'supper' then instead. Porridge etc.
