DLA/direct payments and cafcass etc

Hello
I’m going to be a new Mum soon. However due to some recent issues with healthcare professionals trying to enter into a minor safeguarding discussion literally on the basis of my health alone I’m now feeling super vulnerable! I have to go through cafcass as I need a parental order and I would like to know if I’ll be pre judged in my parenting capability? I’m concerned as our local forms from health visitors etc all state level 2 ‘additional needs’ with any kind of physical health issue/disability that MAY affect the child’s development. Now clearly I do not think it will but I’m feeling vulnerable that I could be slotted into that box without any thought. I’m considering cancelling my DLA and direct payments. I can make do without them as I have a fully able bodied partner. Could a cafcass Officer look into the recent past and see DLA and direct payments etc?? Any thoughts welcome.... cranberry x
