Just put my DS in bath and these have come up on his legs any ideas?

This looks like what my son gets when he has patches of dry skin. He has mild eczema which flares up now and then and his is what it looks like when it’s a mild flare up. For some reason putting him in the bath makes the dry patches go pink and it looks just like that. If they aren’t itching or bothering him (and no obvious “bite” in the centre to indicate an insect) then I would just moisturise and keep an eye on it.
