Five month old suddenly windy

Hello!
Little one will be five months on Tuesday. Has severe reflux which he’s on gaviscon and omeprazole for and also cmpa which he has neocate milk.
Past few days he’s suffering with trapped wind (screaming the house down) and I don’t know why as it seems to have happened all of a sudden? I’ve done all the usual, dr browns bottles, massage, wind a few times whilst feeding.
Has anyone else found this and what can I do?!
Thank you

I have found recently that I am finding it more difficult to bring up burps when winding him but his nurse put that down to his age (getting older)

I was at the doctors anyway with him and mentioned the trapped wind. He’s given me infacol, how has everyone found this with reflux? I remember reading a while back that gripe water makes it worse so have stayed away from that. I’ve got a bottle of colief in the drawer too
