Incontinent swim wear - older child??

Not sure where to post this, so apologies if it’s in the wrong place.
My dd is 9, and is incontinent. She wears nappies at night but is too embarrassed during the day, so we tend to use lots of pads and have numerous changes - it’s very frustrating and must be awful for her too. She does have a medical reason for this and has had many operations and trying new regimes - none of which work or she will tolerate.

We’re going on holiday this summer for the first time in a long time, and I just don’t know what she can wear in the pool.
We are going with some family and friends and she is far too embarrassed to wear any swim nappies (I’m not even sure if they would fit her?) but obviously she can’t go into the water unprotected. I did order an all in one swimsuit with protection but it was awful and bulky and she cried her eyes out when she tried it on.

Does anyone have any wonderfully magic ideas? At a loss here, thanks.

Look at their incontinence swimwear rather than the nappies.
