Newborn baby poos

Hello all,
My baby is 5 weeks old and we have just changed it's milk to aptimil pepti 1 due to him having a cows milk protein allergy , since changing his milk which was 3 days ago he has only pooped once (2 days ago) which was soft but a very small amount and has not pooed since , would you say this is normal ?

A doctor once told me that anything from 5 poos a day to 1 poo every 5 days could all be completely normal. It's also completely normal to worry but everything sounds fine to me.

Does he seem to be any more grumpy than usual?

Thankyou he used to go about every 2 days so was just wondering and he seems okay generally just a little bit more unsettled throughout the day?

Both of mine have only pooed about every 5 days (one ff and one bf). As long as it isn’t hard when it comes out, it’s normal.
