School uniform buttons

Does anyone know where I can buy polo shirts where the buttons are covered by an extra flap? I have a button-phobic child. Help!!

Just take the buttons off?

My goddaughter had a phobia of buttons and her mum ended up just sewing Velcro onto them instead as she searched everywhere for an alternative.
