Hi,

Has anyone used a sleep consultant for their baby / toddler that they could recommend me for our 2 year old?

Thanks!
Reena

Yes 😄, but sleep consultants don't often get a lot of love on MN.

We used Andrea Grace, and would definitely recommend her - she really helped us when we needed it. I'd do it again (but 3 months earlier!).

Thank you! We've tried everything are at our wits end.

We were too, it was awful. Andrea listened to what we wanted, and prepared a gentle plan based on gradual withdrawal. Then she provided help and support over the phone while we implemented it. It was honestly one of the best things we've ever done 😅.

I see that your DC is a bit older, but I'm sure whoever you speak to will tell you whether they can help or not.

Good luck 🙂.

Yes. Nicola Watson for our just turned two year old. She provided a really comprehensive plan and our nightmare sleeper is now a fantastic sleeper. It ain’t rocket science but it did fix it. Our daughter really loves bed and sleep now. I was on my knees. She was also very easy to chat to and empathetic.

We also used Andrea Grace. She is lovely. You can meet her in person in London or she does Skype / phone calls instead.
We met her 4yrs ago and it was about £270. The woman deserves a knighthood in my opinion! She gave me my sanity back!
