Hey there,
My name is Ella and I'm a journalism student at the University of Essex. I have a portfolio due in on Friday and I still have a couple of pieces to write.
I came across an article in a newspaper which said that Jeremy Hunt, Minister for Health and Social Care, said that he was going to start cracking down on underage children using social media. He also said that it is "unfair to parents who are faced with the choice of allowing children to use platforms which they are too young to access."
I have a few questions for parents, do you let your children use social media? If so, what types? Do you ever worry about what your child could be seeing? Do you take any precautions when allowing your child to use social media?
You'd be helping me out a lot! Thank you!
