Damn chickenpox!

Lying here, rubbing my 3yo's back in a bid to get her to sleep. Oh I do hate the stupid chickenpox!

You make a paste & put on the spots or put in a bath - it dries them up more quickly & reduces the itching. Or at least it worked for my kids ymmv!

It will pass and at least it does not happen again. I don't mind the chicken pox. Both my kids had it at age 12 months and 2 years. What I do mind is the damn vomiting bug, which seems to be going around my dc school for the second time the year...my dd was up all night with it the other night.....arghhhhhh.

Hope you both manage some sleep and remember, it will get better soon and then you do not have to worry about it again!
