Any advice?

Just wondered if I should be concerned? My 5yo DS often needs to wee about 3 times an hour (or more). Still not dry at night - pull up is really full despite being taken for a wee before bed and sometimes going again when I come up. I thought it might be the juice (Robinson's squash type stuff) that's a diuretic so he is only having milk or water now but it hasn't made a difference. Any advice welcome! TIA
