I’m really stuck with this situation i have got myself into so all advice is greatly appreciated ladies 😪
DS is 13 weeks old , I am 22 ( 1st time mummy) he’s my little button!
I BF through the night and at 2 weeks old I started taking him in with me for easyiness 🙄 big mistake !! He won’t fall asleep without being on me , he won’t fall asleep in bed without being near my face next to his. It’s come to the point he hates being put down even when he’s awake and hates me not being in the same room as him . I love him dearly but I really need to start a routine as I’m going back to nursing in a couple of months! I know it will be tough to start trying but he screams blue murder and it breaks my heart!

What can I do ????

I don’t have much advice about how to successfully stop the bed sharing. My personal
Opinion is 13 weeks is still
Quite young and during my experience my babies have always wanted to feed throughout the night, either 5 times or just the once. It settled more when they started weaning at 6 months.
It does sound like he’s starting the 4 month sleep regression. I found bedtimes extremely difficult at this age. But I just rode it out.
Hope you find your solution

Could you perhaps look into buying a chicco next to me or the equivalent? Then perhaps start trying to put him down so that he is next to you but in his own space?
