Best digital thermometer

Hi
Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a good digital thermometer? DS is 3 months old and just realised the Phillips ear thermometer was recalled and so need a new one! So many options out there so unsure what to go for now!

I use the braun but in under 2s an under arm thermometer is more accurate
