Toddler dirty ears

My 2yr old has dirty ears and totally refuses to have them cleaned. It’s just the outer ears it’s all just outside the hole and above it in the bend. Not inside the ear - not ear wax.

All the children I see have clean ears! How do you all do it?

With a flannel in the bath. While they're playing after I've washed their hair I just rub at them with a wet flannel.

Cotton bud with coconut oil on when she’s sleeping. Just around the outside to get rid of gunk!

Just stick him in the shower

Lie them down in the bath
Take them swimming
Put them under the shower

Shower - massive screaming episodes
Bath - yeah, lovely. BUT only with little water and after he is done playing, he stands there and wash him with clean water (using a mug)

I will try cleaning it when he is sleeping today.

Thanks a LOT ladies! A Wet flannel sorted it out ! Surprisingly, he was cooperative! I should have bought the lottery ticket today!
