Ds will only feed from one side.

My DS is nearly 14 months old and from about 5 months has refused to feed from my right breast. My left breast is now so much bigger then the right, we are going on holiday in just over two weeks and I am feeling very, very self conscious. Someone has told me to express from the right breast to try and even them out. Will this work? Will I not be left with too much milk and put myself at risk of mastitis? I am also tempted to try and stop breastfeeding him altogether as I wasn't planning on feeding this long, but feel a bit selfish as he only feeds before bed and a couple of times during the night. I think he'll be really upset if I just go cold turkey and with his one year jabs next week, could use the comfort.
I'll be so grateful for any advice anyone has.

My boy used to favour one side, he did feed off both he just spent more time on the right boob, I would maybe try expressing,at least you'll be emptying it and it won't be as full, have you spoke to your HV?

I wouldn’t worry too much. My dd was the same, and my gm could only feed from one herself.
WRT the larger boob, try getting hold of some padding. I took the padding out of one cup of the swimming costume, and left the other one in to try and even it out.

Does the right breast still produce milk?

I wouldn't go about increasing supply to it just for vanity sake. I'd just pad it out in supportive swimwear.
