Baby acne in 6 month old

My DS has still got baby acne to cheeks and chin, and he's 6 months. Little red pimples, some white heads and a few black heads. Please tell me if any have experience at this getting better!?

It’s unusual at this age. Do you use baby wipes on his face at all?

No nothing. He's had it since about two weeks old...

So do you use just plain water to wash his face OP or are you using a shampoo/bubble bath/lotion? Just wondering as all of my family have reacted to Johnson’s.

We use aveeno in the bath but that's it...😕

I’d mention it to the HV next time you see her. Iincidentally, I’ve had rosacea for a few years and I’ve started using Aleppo Soap and it’s virtally gone.

did this ever clear up for you? my 5 month old has started with acne we have been told it is infantile acne, said it will clear up on its own but it is getting worse! the spots are very angry and leaving behind red marks which i am worried will scar!
