Help. Diarrhea and big event at weekend.

LO has serious diarrhea, but is otherwise very happy and content. Me on the other hand can't get anything done for the pile of shitty washing piling up and changing nappies.

We have a big event at weekend that we can not cancel, nor not attend. We are traveling for it too.

I've cut the weaning process for now, other than LO baby rice and toast as that has been in the diet for a while.

Anything else I can do to try and help LO?

It's only Tuesday, should surely have cleared up by Friday if its just an upset stomach or a bug. I'd give up the baby rice, it's pointless stuff with no nutritional value, just use regular porridge. Might help right their stomach a bit too with the fibre.

If it doesn't clear up of course you can cancel.
How old is your child?

Egg is quite good for binding. Can your baby eat some hard-boiled egg with their toast?

(Porridge gives me terrible diarrhoea, but that may not be a universal effect).

Banana always firmed up dd's poo, and is one of the brat foods.

Can't work out if you think it's a bug or just weaning.
