10 month old having very hard poops

Got some prune juice but I'm unsure how much to give? How diluted do I make it?

I usually find a pouch or two of Ella's pear purée does the trick. No idea about prune juice though.

Ditto the Ella fruit pouches! They're nice squeezed onto weetabix. My girl suffered a lot around that age, I found I had to limit bananas to one a day, and make sure she's having plenty of water. I also found that one brand of vitamins made her constipated - I didn't believe it, but as soon as I switched her from Wellbaby to Abidec the problem cleared.

You can get ellas prune puree pouch too. One of them should sort it out.

Ah you know, I had a couple of Ella's pouches in my trolley and decided against those and got prune juice! 😡

Thanks everyone

My youngest suffered really bad constipation tried prune juice but ultimately used movocol (or something) from doc as she'd cry in pain

I got a proper laxative powder from the GP a couple of weeks ago when he wasn't going at all. I'm trying to avoid that if I can though!

I've given him some prune juice, I'll see how this works then if need be I'll revert back!

Thanks for the tips :)
