Hello everyone.

Please could you tell me your daily routine for your 6 month old?
I breastfeed exclusively till she reached 6 months, then as we started to wean her I have slowing been taking her off the breast.
She now is 2 weeks off being 7 months.
She's on follow on milk & has lunch & dinner.
At the moment I still feed her before putting her to bed.

I'm just struggling to know when to give her bottles in between her food. I've always just fed on demand.

Many thanks x

Hi!
My son is now 14 months but we had a sleep and feeding consultant at 6 months to help get my son onto bottles and into a routine. It was as follows:
7am wake and bottle
8am breakfast
9amish 50min nap
11am Lunch and a small bottle of say 2oz if they don't eat much
12ish 2.5 hour nap
Bottle when up from nap
5pm dinner
6pm bath
6:30pm bottle/breast feed and bed

I hope this helps! :)

At that age DD was:
7ish - 6oz bottle
8ish - breakfast from 7-8 months
9.30 - sleep
11am - 6oz bottle
12.30 - lunch
2.30 - sleep
3.30-4ish 6oz bottle
5 - dinner
7.40 - 6oz bottle and bed
It changed as DD ate more with her naturally dropping the day time bottles/me decreasing them down to see how she responded
