Has anyone bought the little ones sleep program? I’m thinking of buying it to help with routines, schedules etc but it’s quite pricey so wondering if it’s worked for anyone?

Well, are you going to be able to get baby to read it so they know what they're supposed to do?

Little ones is a program and network for parents, www.littleones.co. I’ve seen it advertised and endorsed on Facebook so just wondering if anyone has had any experience with it

Hi Rosie,
I bought the Little Ones package when my DS was 10 weeks and found it very useful for getting him into a routine and the routines are clearly laid out. There is also lots of interesting information but the layout isn't that clear so don't get too overwhelmed reading it!
We mainly used it for the routine rather than the selfsettling as I quite often used to bf him to sleep as he got older as it was the only time he would feed properly!
Around 6 months we got a feeding consultant in to help get him onto a bottle and she helped with selfsettling and routine so we stopped using the guides then but they were useful on the whole.
I hope that helps!

I got this for my DS when he was about 6 months old - we'd just come back from a trip to the UK (from Australia) and combined with 4 month regression, his sleep was all over the place. I definitely recommend it. It can feel a bit overwhelming but I found it really helped to have a structured plan to work towards, just don't get too hung up on the days when the plan goes out of the window.
