Size 2 nappies too small but size 3 too big! Help!

Hi ladies, my little girl is nearly 6 weeks now, EBF and weighing 11lb5 (probably more now since being weighed last week!). She’s got VERY chunky (super cute) thighs and the size 2 nappies are seriously cutting into her but fit beautifully around the waist. Each time she’s pooed for the last week we’ve had major leaks as well. Size 3 are perfect round her legs but look like they’re swamping her everywhere else and wee leaks out the back on the odd occasion. I haven’t tried branded nappies yet but I’ve tried Tesco, Aldi and Morrison’s-morrisons being my favourite ones. I’m not really sure what to do, I’m loathed to waste money buying packs of nappies that won’t fit but I know I need to try different ones!! Any advice/experiences appreciated xx

Go for pampers baby dry. Make sure they Done up snug around the waist and the fringes are out around the legs. Always go for the larger size for baby’s weight (look on pack)
I’ve had 3 kids and tried them all!

You just need to keep trying different brands I'm afraid! Hopefully someone with a similarly shaped baby can advise. Asda's I find quite a bit smaller than Tesco do maybe a size 3 in those would work?
